We need to get our programme and DVD covers printed and we want to get the right names on there. Please complete this form for each young person who will be taking part in the show. You can also let us know in advance of any rehearsals that you might miss. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to accommodate performers who need to miss a performance, but please understand that this may impact whether we can cast these performers in sketches/solos.
