It is the policy of 1st Barton Scout Group that bullying in any form will not be tolerated from members of this group.

Persons found to be in breach of this policy will be spoken to and dealt with accordingly. This may include contacting parents/carers to address reports of bullying and may result in suspension or termination of membership of the group.

We ask in return that any allegations of bullying are reported directly to the adult volunteers of the group, because rumours and information received indirectly can prove counter-productive in addressing and preventing bullying. In return you can expect the volunteers to investigate and deal with any reports of bullying as quickly as is practical.
