Below you will find a link to the summer term programme for the scout section. As it is summer we will be outdoors a lot, but this does not mean that you should arrive without a coat. Let’s face it, May is upon us and there was frost on the cars this week, so don’t pretend that the British weather is going to treat you any better in the summer.
Bring a parent night
Please note that on May 25th we would like parents to come back to scouts a little early to hear about the camps and activities that we have coming up for the rest of the term and into next year. It’s only half an hour of your time an it should provide an insight into what the scout leaders are trying to achieve. I know a lot of you are very organised an arrange lift shares but it would be of huge benefit if there could be a parent/guardian representative present for each member of our troop. I think you’ll get much more out of this brief chat than you could ever get out of the hundreds of letters and texts we send you.
