Please read this through and make sure you pack everything. This list applies to everyone in your party. There will definitely be at least one activity in and around the river, so you will need a complete set of clothes, including shoes, that you are happy to get soaked. Please mark children’s clothing with their name.

Suncream | 1 | We’re really hoping for some good weather but we can’t provide cream for 100+ people |

A bin bag or two | Loads | To keep your dirty kit separate |

Water bottle | 1 | So you can carry a drink round with you through the day |

A small offering of cake | 1 | Hand it in to the kitchen. We’ll be using this for snacks and possibly dessert |
Bear in mind that any or all items of clothing may (and probably will) get dirty, especially since some activities use the river. With this in mind do not pack your best clothes. | ||
The organisers cannot and will not take any responsibility for lost or broken equipment/posessions so leave your valuables at home. Lost property will be donated to charity. |
