Bookings are now open for Scouts/Explorers attending Larkin 2024

This is a quick guide to how you sign up.

  • Go to Parent Portal and log in
  • You should see a list of your children and against the ones of Scout/Explorer age you should see an “available”pending event
  • Click through to the event and select whether the young person is attending (or not)
  • This should trigger an email to ask you to sign up for payments. We are aware that the email message may be asking you to sign up for a payment in July, but you are signing up for the whole schedule.
  • You don’t need to click the link in the email, in OSM you can click on payments under the young person’s name
  • There you will see a new schedule called Larkin 2024 (or similar)
  • Clicking in the event will give you a list of payments in the schedule right through to July next year. Here you have two options:
    • Create a subscription using the link in the top corner
    • Make individual payments against monthly instalments.
  • If your plan is to pay monthly, just create a subscription and we’ll deal with the rest monthly.
  • If you want to pay off all of the balance, or more than just next month, create a subscription using the link THEN you can click on individual payments to make them immediately. They will be taken from the account you give details for ASAP.
