Welcome back to another new term.

This will be a busy term as we prepare for the Gang Show. Please make a note of extra rehearsals and do your best to be there. Don’t forget there is a Gang Show rehearsal sleepover on 14th October so make sure you bring your form and money in good time to book your place.

Gang show tickets are now available at £8 per adult and £6 per child each. You can book online https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/barton-scouts or by phone 01325 281564. Numbers are limited so book early to avoid disappointment!

We are excited to announce that following on from feedback relating to our trip to Beamish last year we have been given permission to sleep over in the grand Masonic Hall at Beamish on Saturday 2nd December. The cost is £30 per head which includes travel to Beamish and back, a full day exploring Beamish on Saturday, evening meal, breakfast and overnight accommodation in the Masonic Hall. See separate info for more details.

We will be at Remembrance Parade on Sunday 12th November. This is the only parade in Barton of the year and I do expect all Beavers to attend. It’s part of the commitment we make when we join Scouting.

Attached to this term’s programme is a letter concerning changes to subs. Please read this carefully.
